What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is until 11:00.
How does self check-in work?
You check yourself in at our entrance on Rembrandtplein 24, from 15:00. If you need help, the hologram next to the entrance connects you by video to our team.
What if I need help when I arrive?
The hologram next to the entrance connects you by video to a live member of our team, for any help you need. A real person, one tap away.
Is there an age policy?
Yes. RSQ is adults only: every guest must be 18 or older.
Do the rooms have their own bathroom?
No. Every room is private, and the bathrooms are shared, located directly next to the rooms.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, Wi-Fi is free throughout the hotel.
Why is booking direct cheaper?
Because there is no booking site in between. Our lowest price is always on our own website.
Can I smoke or bring my pet?
No. The hotel is completely non-smoking, and pets are not allowed.
How do I get here from Schiphol Airport?
Take the train from Schiphol to Amsterdam Centraal, then a tram to Rembrandtplein. The tram stop is right in front of the hotel.
